Refund policy

We want you to enjoy Veggiet. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to contact us about your order. This applies whether your box is unopened or you've already tried it — if you're not happy with Veggiet, we'll refund you.

To start, email hello@veggiet.life with your order number and a short note about the issue. We reply within 24 hours.

Unopened boxes

Unopened boxes in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund. Once your return is approved we'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions — please don't ship anything back before contacting us, as we can't process unannounced returns.

Opened boxes

Because Veggiet is a food product, we can't resell or restock anything that has been opened. You don't need to ship an opened box back to us. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, tell us what went wrong, and we'll issue your refund. We may ask for a photo to help us improve the product.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund your order — no return shipping required.

What we can't refund

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Orders placed through a retailer or marketplace rather than veggiet.life — please contact the store you bought from

Exchanges

Want to switch flavours? Contact us and we'll arrange it. The fastest route is usually a refund on the original order plus a new order for the flavour you want.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause, change, or cancel a subscription anytime from your account, with no fees. Cancelling stops future deliveries; orders that have already shipped fall under the guarantee above.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, email hello@veggiet.life and we'll chase it down.
