Cancellation policy

Veggiet offers a Subscribe & Save option on both flavours. Subscriptions are optional. You can also buy any product as a one-time purchase.

How subscriptions work
You choose a delivery frequency at checkout. We charge the payment method on file each time an order is created, at the subscription price shown on the product page. The price and the frequency are shown before you confirm the order.

Cancelling or changing a subscription
You can cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or change the frequency at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders. Manage your subscription from the account link in any Veggiet order confirmation or subscription email, or email us at hello@veggiet.life and we will do it for you.

Changes take effect on your next order. If an order has already been charged but not yet shipped, contact us and we will cancel and refund it.

Refunds
Subscription orders follow our return and refund policy. If something is wrong with an order, email hello@veggiet.life and we will make it right.
